People
People are fundamental to the effective and efficient performance of the organization. The evaluation of the effectiveness of people and teams includes the following sub-components:
- Culture – What are the embedded values, beliefs and behaviors of people?
- Alignment and Co-ordination – To what extent do staff and key functions understand the link between what they do and the strategy and objectives of the organization?
- Competencies and Capabilities – Does the organization have sufficient skills and experience to meet the ongoing business requirements?
- Roles and Responsibilities – Is there alignment to the overall strategy and objectives of the organization and consistency in understanding and executing responsibilities?
- Performance Measurement – How is the behavior of employees influenced by the way employees are measured?
